Christy Buss

Christy has a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Kentucky and a law degree from the University of Louisville. After previously practicing litigation in Chicago, Christy has been a homeschool mom of four boys for over a decade. She is committed to the beauty and worth of the classical, Christian education offered via the Memoria Press curriculum and, in addition to homeschooling her own children with the curriculum, she has taught group classes in composition, literature, and classical studies. Over the years, she has also led numerous Vita Beata discussion groups using the Memoria Press literature and classical studies curriculum. She also enjoys putting on her law cap and teaching Constitution and Intro to Law to young students. Having a son with moderately-severe sensorineural hearing loss and another son with dyslexia, she is passionate about helping every child reach their God-given potential and using a rich and solid curriculum to help all children flourish.
