Laura White

Laura White is a native of California who holds a B.A. in Classical Studies from Hillsdale College. Laura’s love for ancient history began when she was in 4th grade and completed a mythology and ancient history program while being homeschooled. Her love of language was also sparked while taking a German course in high school at the local community college. The combination of these subjects eventually led her to choose the study of Classics and inspired her to teach Latin and classical studies after graduation. For the past 3 years, Laura has taught Latin, Humanities, and Creative Writing, at John Paul II Junior College in Benque Viejo, Belize. Her time in Belize was blessed with many jungle adventures, deep friendships, and philosophical conversations with her fellow teachers and students. When home in California, Laura enjoys surfing, swimming, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
