PSAT Prep Course
Description: This is a 5 week course designed to prepare students to take the PSAT. Every year over 1 million students across the country take the PSAT test. The PSAT is a standardized test that serves two purposes for students: to practice for the SAT and to determine eligibility for a National Merit Scholarship. Students who do well on the PSAT have a substantial advantage over those who do not take the PSAT, that being the potential for scholarships and practice for other standardized tests. This course will focus on test-taking strategies and will utilize several practice tests.
Dates: The primary test date for the PSAT is Saturday, October 12th, 2024. Students can take this at their local testing center.
Required Materials: Kaplan PSAT/NMSQT Strategies, Practice, and Review. Students will also need a USB headset microphone (built-in microphones will also work).
