Taegan Stone

Taegan Stone is a native of Iowa who holds a B.A. in Politics from Hillsdale College. Taegan has loved being in the classroom since her first day of kindergarten and became a teacher to continue spending her days among great books, ideas, and students. Taegan previously taught for three years at a charter school in Georgia. She taught third grade for a year before moving to the high school to teach a wide variety of subjects including history, government, economics, and literature. Taegan and her husband, Zach, live in Atlanta, Georgia with their five-month-old daughter, Winifred. Outside of teaching and being a mother, Taegan enjoys weightlifting, reading, listening to podcasts, baking, and singing in her church’s choral ensemble.
