Rose Sheffler

Mrs. Sheffler is a Kentucky native who has been reading and writing stories since she was six years old. She has taught classically since 2016, at home, in classical co-op, and substitute teaching for Memoria Academy. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Kentucky in 2010 with a B.A. in English Literature with a focus in Creative Writing. Her favorite moments teaching is when books come to life through close reading and engaging discussion. Mrs. Sheffler will publish her first book, a collection of fairy tales, with Word on Fire in 2025.
